As for the website, has anyone called the number? I can’t right now as I’m at work. What does the message say?

I don’t remember verbatim what the message says, but if you call the #, you will hear Blake’s voice which sounds so cool in compared to what we were hearing in the last 2-3 weeks of voting for Blake on idol which a lot of people talked about how strange the recording sounded lol but I can tell it is Blake and when it picks up you can hear B beatboxing in the beginning. It’s so cute! and you can record a voice message and hear your message back before you send it! It’s the coolest thing ever! :D Ok, I’ll shut up now! hee!

i tried to call the number and it said this number cannot be dialed ,call your operator, what area code did you guys use? or did ya guys just dial that number without the area code? k if ya can help me out that would be great :)

If you dialed it on your home phone, you will of course have to dial the one before the area code. I can’t speak for the rest here, but I used my cell phone and dialed the # as shown since you don’t need to dial the 1 before the #. I hope that helps?

I went directly to that link, and went through the sign up process. I think how it works is that we’ll get a text message whenever Blake leaves a message on his page for all his subscribers.

I just posted something, too. It’s done in a cheezy way (had to actually video the screen and resynch a separate audio track lol) but it’s pretty clear. I don’t think that you’d even know if it weren’t for the fact that you can see the top of my computer screen in the video.

Anyway, hey everyone. I’m back. I’ve actually been back since late last Wednesday, but I’ve been so mentally, physically, and emotionally exhausted, I’ve pretty much just stayed off the computer. Now that I’m home, I’ll tell everyone (if you were wondering) what happened.

Basically, two weeks ago this Wednesday, my mom went in for some tests because she was prepping for surgery on a carotid artery that was 80% or greater blocked. Her vascular surgeon was a bit concerned about the condition of her heart since she had very little energy and had recently failed a stress test. So, they did a heart cath to find out. Long story short - her heart was in really bad condition, so they admitted her immediately to the hospital and on Thursday morning took her in for carotid artery surgery and then did a quadruple bypass. As soon as my dad called me at about 10:30 on Wednesday morning to tell me this, I was searching for flights to SE Tennessee. So my brother, sister-in-law, and I flew up on Wednesday night, and while my SIL had to leave on Saturday to get back to work, my brother and I stayed until my mom was home from the hospital - she stayed a week, ICU for 3 days and a regular room for 3 days. She’s doing better now… still in a lot of pain and still very tired with not much energy, but better.

I just wanted to thank all of you for your thoughts and prayers. I really appreciate them, and my mom does also. I know most of you don’t even know me, but after I posted last week many of you quickly chimed in to say that you were praying for us or thinking about us, and that really means a lot. And those who sent me myspace messages, thank you too. :)

Anyway, I just wanted to say that. Also, I’m hoping to get my (incredibly tardy) Manchester recap up this week. Hey, better late than never, right? :)

I’m sorry to hear about your mom and hope she will be well on her way to a full recovery. I know I do not know you, but I also know that every prayer helps. I will continue to keep your mom and your family in my prayers.

Under general info where it says Band Website, you will see the direct link to the Arista site.

Under influences, he’s got the saynow shoutout box up for fans to leave him shoutouts from his page.

Beside Record label, it now says “19 Entertainment and Arista”.

He’s got the Arista countdown clock on his page too.
