We promised to feature some of the music that Blake loves and we haven’t forgotten! Coming soon is our first feature of one of Blake’s favorite Seattle-based bands, The Mob Law. Not only will we link to some pretty sweet stuff, the band has agreed to grant us an interview. So stay tuned!

have you missed me yet? sorry i haven’t been online too much lately. i have been incredibly busy with my ‘real’ job.
blake is doing really well and is just gearing up for tour rehearsal which starts late next week. he’ll be in nyc just before then. he’s really excited for tour and to see all of the contestants again.
some new info and random stuff on blake below:
1. Blake will be on THE VIEW on monday!!!! i’ve heard everyone at the view is SUPER excited to see him and meet him in person; they’re all such big fans. be sure to check it out!
2. US WEEKLY online did an interview with blake the other day. it’s a great one so check it out!
3. blake has the #3 album on ITUNES right now!
4. jordin and blake are NOT dating and are NOT romantically interested in each other. she’s only 17 (illegal!) and have a brother/sister releationship
5. blake’s myspace pages are now back up and running. they were disabled during american idol by fox. you can add him if you want but he is rarely on there. be patient if you request his friendship, leave a comment, or message and don’t hear back right away. he’s a busy guy. you should just add his ‘blake lewis’ page because he will be deleting his bshorty page since it’s too much work to keep up on both pages. www.myspace.com/blakelewis.

If I can ever purchase clothing by bshorty, I can only imagine the creative energy that would flow into that project. He should seriously consider that immediately.
I have really loved the Arisawkadoria album. I was always a fan of Amon Tobin and Squarepusher, and heard that KJ Sawka worked with Tobin. I can hear the DnB influence blended with jazz and a little bshorty here and there. Very pleasant.
So hard to understand the youth/teen vibe for questioning Blake’s personal life, on repeat, ad nauseum. Whatever already. Let’s just get to him making some music so I can make out with my husband to songs like “Give it to Me”. Thank you.

On the tv listings it shows Jordin & Blake performing on The View on Thursday, June 14. Maybe they’re taping on Monday & airing on Thursday. What do you think?

No Blake on VH1 tonight :(. Seriously, does ANYBODY still care about Lindsey Lohan and Paris Hilton?! I must be out of my ever lovin’ mind ’cause I couldn’t possibly care less.

I’ve got my tivo ready for Blake. I know he’s on with Jordin but hope he gets time to talk, too. I liked his interview by US. He has a good attitude about not thinking about serious relationships for a long time. Now is the time for his career.

Best Week Ever is pretaped I’m sure, so when they say “Blake Lewis in studio” it means he probably dropped by their studio to pretape some stuff. He’s fine. I’m guessing either they got it mixed up and he’s actually going to be on next week, or his comments wound up on the cutting room floor. :\
I have my DVR set to tape The View. I love Blake and can’t wait to see him interact with the ladies, especially since Elizabeth is such a big fan.
