I thought AriSawkaDoria were great backing up Sir Mix a Lot during the home visit so obviously they can do anything. The seriously sad thing about this is that somebody might actually think I’m serious. I think that the entire world has gone mad! Do we just not get the concept of FRIENDSHIP anymore? The world would be such a much better place if people hugged each other more and held hands w/their friends and weren’t afraid to say, “I love you.” It’s one of my favorite things about Blake. He loves his friends and his family w/out reservation. He just puts himself totally out there. Look at the way he keeps honoring his friends back in Seattle. He’s amazing. Yes, that was what I was referring to when I mentioned lens distortion. Because of the wide angle that was probably used, and the height of the shot, his feet could easily get distorted.

I wanted to join the chat with ASD, but it was way too blake oriented, i wanted to ask questions bout their own stuff. but i felt there were more teenie’s than actual fans of ASD.

Yeah, I wasn’t in the chat, but reading it afterwards I felt bad for ASD. The whole thing was like a Blake fest, and I felt bad that they were basically just being asked questions about Blake when they are great in their own right. :(

i just hope the other chats that are coming up arent like that..

I hope that the teens will weigh in heavily on the BLM chat w/the Blaker Girls. That’s the perfect venue for them! When it’s time for the BLM interview with Ethan, Justin, and Cisco, I hope that the guys will actually be able to talk about themselves. Ok, I can’t seem to find a picture of it anywhere, but I think the drawing on Blake’s legal pad in those pictures looks like the image from a t-shirt that he wore. Anybody remember the black shirt witn the phonograph and text about music? I can’t remember exactly what it said, either. Anybody know what I’m talking about?

I looked close…maybe he was inspired by the shirt…but it looks a bit different. Maybe he secretly designs for them. I do know he wears a ton of Fourthworld Clothing, which I like.

Hey I wan to ask you guys something since I only started watching AI last year and never really paid attention to internet stuff, but there’s a conversation on Idolforums talking about why annoucements haven’t been made for record deals. Blake having “major” as a label type and saying hes been in talks with producers was as noted as proof he has a deal but someone said Jared Cotter also has on his MS page he has a major label and that Elliott and Ace also said at this time last year they were also in talks with producers and writers. What do y’all think about this? Is this true? Is it possible he doesnt actually have a deal?

I’m an Ace fan (and so is pj!) so I was keeping up with him pretty regularly this time last year, and I don’t remember him ever saying anything about being in talks with writers and producers so soon. pj, do you? There were some rumors that he might sign with RCA, but that never came to pass. Ace didn’t sign with 19, and neither did Elliott. They both talked pretty often of the date they’d be free of the 19 contract, in fact. The early Elliott rumors were of him signing with The Firm for management, if I’m remembering correctly. As for Jared’s MySpace, I dunno…wishful thinking maybe?

We’ve heard Blake say that 19 picked up his management option, and that he expects his album to be out sometime between Thanksgiving and Christmas. That is totally 19’s m.o. In the new interview I just posted, he said he’s already recording. I don’t think his contract would allow him to do that unless he’s with a Sony/BMG label, but someone correct me if I’m wrong. I don’t know what the hold-up is with the announcements, but hopefully we’ll hear something this week.
