   I think that harsh review is just more evidence that you either “get” Blake or you don’t. He’s quite polarizing, and there aren’t too many folks who feel indifference towards him. Too bad Slezak at EW couldn’t have done B’s review cus he’s a Blake fanboy from what I recall, LOL.

   I totally agree, which is part of the reason i love him.

   I’m highly amused by the EW reviewer’s track record. I particularly liked his back-pedal from Adam Levine being a “study in vocal mediocrity” to the current take that he’s almost the best singer ever and boo on Blake for not being as good. Thanks for sharing that. It really puts reviews in perspective.

   Oh my god, that douchebag who wrote the bad Blake review once dissed his God Adam Levine?? LOL. Did you see his whole critique regarding how Blake must resort to falsetto to hit high notes, but Adam has better chops? The Adam who uses lots of FALSETTO to hit high notes in his song? That review was just sloppy, biased work all around, IMO. I don’t have a problem with someone not liking the CD as long as they use some friggin’ logic, LOL.

   While I don’t care for his review, I really don’t care for the Blaker Girls freaking out on that EW site. I don’t think they realize how they are putting Blake’s fanbase in a bad light :(.

   PJ,

   unfortunately some of the fans are showing their immaturity over the EW review, swearing at the guy and a few said they want him to die. :/ Judging by the content and spelling in the posts, it’s safe to assume that most of them are young teenagers.
