They think he is the only one from this season who is the closest to being played on Top 40 stations, just like Chris Daughtry and Elliott Yamin .

I read over at TWOP today that he had some Utah relatives. I enjoyed the video.
Such a cute interview. He really is making everyone proud. It looks like Blake and all the rest of the idols are have the time of their lives right now. I hope they enjoy every minute of this wonderful and exciting time. As the tour goes on and you get to hear more and more about them you can’t help but fall for all the rest of them. They really do all seem to be very close, what a neat group of individuals.
Aw, that’s so awesome. I didn’t know that he had family in Utah and Idaho.. so these last couple of nights must have been great for him. :)

Just found a pre meet and greet video from Salt Lake City and Blake looks amazing with a new hat..HOT! Loved it.
By the way, the reporter asked him today about his album and once again he said it’s going to be called A.D.D. and it’s going to be out the Tuesday before Thankgiving..
He keeps mentioning this, so I hope it’s true! Can’t wait for Nov 20th.
Now if only we would know the label.

He still is talking about the album like it is a done deal. I can’t see how he could be giving a date if still needed to shop around for a record deal. Umm.
I think we may have posted the same link. hee That’s ok though. I’m sure if there is a change in the date, we will know by the time the tour is over. It keeps making you think when he continues to mention that date that there is a label or labels after him. He is under contract with Idol till the tour is over which of course is till the end of September, but if he gets a contract from the show with a major label, then we may know sooner. I’m just hoping that the stalling on the news on Jordin won’t cause a massive delay, in other words, into next year. Of course, Taylor didn’t release his CD first last year anyways so who knows. Can I say I again that I loved the hat?:D

Yes seeing B on the beach along with his tat., too much. He just seems like he would be so much fun to hang out with. You do see a difference in him when it is just him and close friends. He is CRAZY. When there are a lot of folks around, ie. fans, he seems more reserved. I swear I just want to put him in my pocket and bring him home with me.
I know what you mean Anne, he is too adorable for words cause he’s human Just B. In some ways, I’m kind of like that myself so I can sort of relate.

Actually, I giggled like a crazy woman…this webisode definitely calls for the big stamp of ADORKABLE :) But yeah we got to see the two tats on his shoulder, couldn’t really tell what they were though.

I ripped the new Utah interview and was going to post it out front, but when I put it on YouTube (GoFish is giving me probs for some reason), it was crappy looking. It made Blake look like Freddy Kreuger most of the time! I will play around with the file tonight and see if I can fix it…

I can see the video fine on the My Fox Utah site, but when I rip it and try to upload it to YouTube or GoFish, that’s when Blake turns into a monster. LOL. I give up. I even tried converting it to .avi and .wmv but nothing works. Oh well!
Chris Rich monster-ized a bit in his interview vid too, but he moved around enough to “reset” it once in a while. Are you on a Mac by any chance star?
Hey everyone, I’ve kinda been lurking around the site for awhile and figured I should drop a line! I went to the SLC concert and it was so much fun… there really weren’t any acts that I didn’t like. Everyone just blew me away! I was never really a Lakisha fan, but she rocked the house! From reading everyone’s recap, I was expecting Jordin’s set to be a sleeper, but I enjoyed it alot… girl can sing. We got to meet her outside the arena earlier in the day and she is so sweet and genuine. Her, Melinda, both Chris’s and Phil came out to say hi to fans,which was really cool cuz the buses were down this big ramp so they had to walk really far in the heat to come say hi. Sadly, Blake didn’t come up. After the concert, we were driving on the freeway and saw a bus up ahead of us, so we caught up to it and who was in the front seat but Bshorty himself! He stood up and waved to us, it was really cute. He had tons of family in town, including his parents. His dad was wearing the black bejeweld Bshorty shirt, it was so cute! There was a PopTart walking around the arena right before the show started, and I’m convinced it was Blake, but he came out as a security guard about two minutes before the show started so I don’t really know… we took a picture with the poptart just in case :) Blake’s set was the highlight of the show, everyone got out of their seats the minute he got on stage. SWBL was flawless, and YGLABN filled the arena with so much energy, it’s a shame that intermission came because everyone was so pumped. Blake was by far the fan favorite, with C. Rich close behind. By the way, I never really thought Chris was the attractive, but oh my when he came out in that suit, I about lost it! He’s a good lookin guy. All the sound worked great in the show and everyone seemed to be having a good time! We had seats on row 28 but when the show started we took up empty seats in row 10 so we were way close and it was awesome. I’d totally recommend the show to anyone, it was a blast and worth the cash! I wish I could go to another one but sadly the west coast leg is over. Anyways, I hope you all get a chance to go see our boy in action!

It was really random… we hung around downtown for a little bit after the show and then headed on the freeway back to our place and we saw a bus ahead of us so we just sped up and looked in the front window, and there he was! It was fun since we didn’t get to meet him before. I wish I got pics of the Bshorty shirt, but I didn’t get close enough to his dad! Sorry!
Aly! Thanks for the review and that’s so funny how you caught up to the bus :) Yeah, watch out for Chris Rich, he sneaks up on you like that! I’m glad that SLC gave Blake lotsa love and that you had a great time at the show.

Aly thanks for the recap. Blake and Chris are funny together, I can only imagaine how they will be on stage during their medley by the end of the tour. The both just keep getting more and more comfortable on stage as the tour progresses. It is fun to go back and watch some of the first shows when the tour first began until now. I also think Blake’s voice seems to be getting stronger, or it seems that way during SWBL, IMO:)
