   Oh Snap is right. I never thought it would actually pass Jordin’s single. Its not even a new song. I am so happy us blakers are willing to support Blake even after idol. Obviously he was more than just a contestant on a reality tv show.

   Woah. I can’t stop thinking that the song was available for 3 weeks before it was even on iTunes. Crazy awesome.

   Yeah…and what’s interesting is, I’ve not even seen a “Claymate” like effort from the Blakers, encouraging people to buy the EP and/or individual tracks more than once. (Myself, I’ve only purchased the EP, once.) So I guess the general public really loves them some Blake! :D

   Seeing this just makes me even more sure that his AI downloads probably outsold all those of the other contestants. :)

    I agree, RollTide. He’s kept pace with her the whole time on iTunes, and now he’s passing her? Awesome.

    Me personally? I did buy all of the downloads available on AI.com, but bought the EP as well to support him on iTunes. But, I’ve only bought it once, haven’t gifted it to anyone, and didn’t buy any of the songs not on the EP that are being sold individually because I already have them.

    I don’t think this is a “multiple buying” campaign on the part of his dedicated fanbase. I think it’s just “regular” people buying the music. I also think a lot of Blake’s fans know he can do this on his own… I know that *I* don’t feel like we have to prove anything. Maybe others do, I dunno. But, like star, I haven’t seen it yet.

    Anyone have an update as of this morning? I can’t have iTunes on my work computer.

    I’m like you, Sarah. I bought the EP on iTunes, even though I have all the AI downloads, but haven’t bought it more than once, or gifted it or anything. I don’t think he has anything to prove either. He is going to do great! :)

    I also never expected his song to be higher than Jordin’s due to the fact that is not a new song.
    Just like Sarah, I only bought Blake’s EP once . I haven’t give it as a gift to anyoneeither. I think this speaks volumes of the commercial appeal Blake has. The genreal public seems to like him. That’s awesome!.
    I am pretty sure CLive is taking notes and is he already finishing up the deal for Blake to sign.

    SO excited about Blake’s future career! Can’t wait for it to get started.
