   Oops! Just listened again & caught the Chinese accent. I still think it’s funny! Sorry, I love Jimmie Walker Blue too! I think I don’t take things too seriously especially since I know B’s just having fun and doesn’t mean any harm.

   ld, I’m with you. I didn’t catch they were doing particular accents until the second time around either. LOL. I thought the funniest part was Blake as the “box.” :)

   Here is the latest bulletin from Kristi at the blaker girls my space.

   As you know, the AI tour just wrapped up last week. so where does that leave our favorite idol? blake is back in good ol’ rainy seattle and very happy. for the next few weeks he’ll be finishing up his album. he’s already got a TON of amazing songs and is very excited to share them with all of you. he’ll be working in seattle and LA over the next few weeks while he finishes up.

   blake and i had a chance to hang out earlier this week when we ran errands together at alderwood mall and grabbed lunch at claim jumper (he had the tri tip sandwhich with shoestring fries, for those of you who were wondering!). it was great to just catch up and see him! it’s been MONTHS since just the two of us had hung out. he gave me the latest on his albums and also said what a great time he had on tour and how much he enjoyed meeting all of you!

   a lot is up in the air for right now, but you know as soon as i hear it from him, i’ll pass it onto all of you. hope you’re all doing well and getting ready for blake’s album, A.D.D. (Audio Day Dream) to come out on NOVEMBER 27th.

   She is so nice! I missed her. It’s been awhile since she last posted.
   TONS of amazing songs! I can’t wait!

   OK, I promise this will be the last time I post about this - can we just say accent or and not call it “Chinese”? That’s a default ethnicity that Americans use for anything vaguely Asian. (I’m not even Chinese and it still bugs me because people just shrug it off). I think Michelle’s right and if there has to be a race assigned, the whole l and r swap is particularly Japanese due to their alphabet’s range of sounds. I like what pj said. Brake Rewis seems here to stay.
   Jimmy Walker Blue had his moments but I understood why he wasn’t everyone’s cup of tea too. YMMV. I’ll shut up now.

   lol pj, i love watching ethan try not to crack up and play along, then at the end all he can say is “jesus christ!”

   Good grief…that Ethan’s Adventures vlog just cracks me up - I seriously can’t watch it without having to stifle my laughter so that my parents don’t interrogate me about what is so funny. I do kinda wish it was Blake’s tummy that we got to see rather than Cisco’s, but Cisco is almost as adorkable as B, so in then end (with the very animated box and all) it all evens out! lol

   yeah I think we should call it an Asian Dialect. And im half Indonesian, with my granparents being half chinese. But its all fun in games, I make fun of my asian family and friends accents all the time, but its just a joke.
   His energy is completely out of the roof, everyone on the two-er must of had a blast with Brake around.

    Blake was very convincing in the role of The Box. He may have dressed up in the Pop-Tart suit on tour more times than we realize. ;)

    (also, the opening credits to Ethan’s Adventures never fail to make me giggle)

    Kilroy, I really hate for you to be upset at all…I’m sorry. You know, the BrakeRewis thing started just because the guys in the studio were so tired, and Steph Jones got mixed up and slurred the words there in speaking to Blake. I guess the joke just “stuck” for those guys.

    That vid! They seemed to be having such a good time together, but it has to be bittersweet, what with Ethan moving away. Coming back to help pack your buddy’s apt has got to stink for B. The tomfoolery tho! Outrageous! Nowadays, we have the availbility of YouTube to be able to share it with the world!

    should I say Yikes?? ;-)

    Bully, you’re definitely right about the way that started.

    OK, I finally saw Ethan’s vid, and in reference to the accents, can I just say it sounded like some kind of cross between Triumph the Insult Dog, Pepe Le Pew (sp?), and classic Hong Kong dubbed films. Whew. Sorry I hyperventilated, guys. Carry on.

    I like how Blake wears his Ashton Michael clothes even when being a box and helping his friends move. Really liked the Ford Day pants (a khaki version of the two-er gray pants?) and the whole outfit that day, generally.

    Sarah, yay on the detailed recap over the weekend! A nice thing to look forward to.

    Wow! I saw your recap and the videos, I wish I could of been there. Seriously, I am so happy for you! I love the top two, Jordin and Blake both deserved to win…..I couldn’t choose who to vote for! I’m so glad that they get along so well. Blake is hilarious, and Jordin laughing at Blake in the middle of the song is hilarous as well. Great videos and recap thanks so much!

    First, let me apologize for the “accent” remark - I meant no insult to anyone. The vids are so great! Love watching Blake perform and also Ethan, Cisco & B are such a riot. They must have so much fun together. Am very happy American Idol finally posted the notice about A.D.D. Can’t wait to get it!

    I love the way Blake is grinning in that Video of Ethan’s, while he’s working a text on his phone in the background! He shows his dimples! *squees just a little from the cute*

    Yup, he definitely glad to be home, with his buddies. Cabin Fever…and it must be great to let it all hang out, and just be himself. :-)

    I couldn’t understand some parts of this article Day at Team Plaid, but I guess I just need to check some more resources regarding this, because it sounds interesting.
