    Hi Big D

What do you mean by May the thousands didn’t show???

There are a few more pics not on the Getty Images site that you will see on Wire Image HERE. I don’t have an account so I can’t post the full images. I love these too! :D

I am sure that I am not the only *pathetic* one here that recognizes the shirt and tie. How I love that shade of blue. Of course, the shiny pants we are all recently familiar with. I would love to hear his song….

    Nice voice, but boring.

I agree Big D. Same sort of ballady songs every week. And I bet that we will get another one of the same for the Andrew Lloyd Webber night this week. In fact, I find most of it boring this year in general. Cook is the only one that keeps me tuning in to see what he will do next. Jason shows something special now and then, and I’ve warmed up to Carly. Still, aside from David C., it’s all rather bland to me.

    Crystal

ha, it’s funny I don’t think David A is too boring.. I’ve had a bad year so far so hearing something from him is nice. although Istill lovve to crank up my upbeat music. I guess since I’m going through puperty my though.. I guess I really lie the sweetemotional music that inspirational.. my music taste are very collectict!

this is random but I was on youtube and came across a song by david Archuleta (it’s from when he was my age and he co wrote the song!)
He was slightly less boring wen he was younger…

Hey Big D, you’re right about the cancelation. According to this article in The Washington Times, the Earth Day event ended early because of bad weather. Blake was the opening act and got to perform, but as the weather got worse the concert was called off.

Thanks to everyone who posted all the links today. I liked those Jax videos, EOTW. It’s great to see B. in a relaxed environment, just hanging with the radio people and fans, having a conversation.

hopped on real quick…xm20 on 20 played HMW at 8:20 AM…heard it while driving my son to work…hate not having a laptop…

point is…the song played..so I called in for requests again.

    BUT

How can we take advantage of the hits on HMW on YouTube???? a lot of the feedback is positive

suggestion: maybe leave a daily remimder to vote for him on a site such as 20on20…as Hummus suggested…have to expand his fan base

    Good Morning TeamPlaid–

Pam– I SO loved those Earthday photos you pointed to last night!:-) Very handsome.(no, you aren’t lame, Crystal J!) and is it so wrong that I can guess what song he is singing by the movements and expressions??
    heh.

That’s a shame about bad weather cancelling the date out. That right there is why they need to televise these events, and from a nice arena. If they did that, and had a number to call to encourage donations? It would be wicked. I’dve loved to had something like that on the tv this weekend. Just saying.

I had Blake appear in my dreams again, last night. I have to say, it was nice to see him, and hear him laugh. I rarely have nice dreams, so his appearance was sweet and unexpected. It must be all the web surfing before going to bed.:-) That, and pictures from Getty.

PS. Dani– I like babyDavid too. If he’s boring, then I guess I’m okay with that. :-) He has a voice that is just out of this world.

  9. 59 Pam Apr 21st, 2008 at 9:29 am

    Bully,

The event in Seattle is an Earth Day Celebration there. You can see the graphic on Jeremy’s page here.

You Might already know this, but I talked to Blake this afternoon and he told me the Earthday in WaDC got cancelled due to heavy rain… so no show…I guess from what I read above, he will be doing a show in Seattle on the 22nd, thats Tuesday. Maybe he’ll tell me about it tomorrow. LOL
Thanks for keeping up with all the schedules for me. Of course for the rest of the fans to. I think I might divorce Blake as my son cause he said David was boring. Maybe not, cause I agree. Nice voice, but boring.
    Have a great week.

Oh, that’s too bad the show got canceled! :( Great that he is doing a show on Tuesday tho. Can’t wait to hear all about it!

I may not post a lot, but I always keep tabs on Blake via Team Plaid… And I love how everyone here are right on the ball about what’s going on with Blake. You all rock!

Oh and BigD, I assume you are talking about David Archuleta (or Archileather, as I have affectionately nicknamed him)? He’s got a great voice, but yeah, he’s pretty boring. Now David Cook, on the other hand…. NOT boring!
