   Good morning:) Still waiting to hear HMW on the radio. As anyone heard it yet?

   I finally see A.D.D in a local cd store! It was great to see that it was finally getting sold here, but I guess it’s just different seeing it in a local store versus say HMV or Borders.

   Anne,

   As far as what I’m seeing on the YES site, it’s still BA that is getting played. We might not start hearing HMW until after Blake’s idol appearance on Thursday or possibly 3/11 at the earliest since that is the impact date unless someone requests the song and it gets played that way because from the looks of it, it looks like the idol appearance is being used to “officially” debut the song from the looks of the press release that came out yesterday. HMW disappeared from the Mediabase chart on Thursday, but once the impact date hits, it will most likely make a reappearance there again. :) FWIW, I didn’t start hearing No Air until last night. It made it’s debut on the pop station here on Tuesday night.

   Yeah that’s great about A.D.D. being sold in your local store!!
   I really hope my local radio station (96.5 KISS FM) starts playing HMW after Blake performs it on Idol or after the impact date, because I haven’t really heard it on the radio yet. I’m going to keep requesting it though!!!
   And I’m so excited about Blake’s performance on AI, but I’m going to have to record it because I have a soccer game at exactly 8:00!!! I really wanted to see Blake live, but I will still be wishing him luck!!

   Wasn’t sure since Jessie McCartney new single doesn’t impact until March 10 either but is already sitting at #83.

   Maybe the label thought it would be better to debut the song on Idol by introducing it to a mass audience to help move more CD’s and possibly requests to stations in anticipation for the impact date. Who knows? lol Idol is still the #1 rated show in it’s time slot on Tuesday’s Wednesday’s and Thursdays. I kind of had a feeling that’s what was happening when I saw that date for the first time a week ago last night and especially when PHJ started talking about the March promo in his 2/11 email before we even knew what the “official” release date for HMW was. I wish it could have had the chance to rack up some decent spins before 3/11 by being released at least 2-3 weeks in advance, but if the formula works out to Blake’s advantage, I suppose we can’t knock it can we? LOL

   I haven’t heard HMW yet i haven’t even heard BA yet. mayb HMW will be better on my radio then BA bc they only played BA 1ce when they were at the Q102 jingle ball ;]

    Happy March, my friends! The first of the daffodils are opening, so let’s keep that happy thought in our hearts shall we? :-)

    I was at Walmart, and we have just three copies of ADD there. The aisle looked like a tornado had been thru there, it was a mess. There is a general area right now for assorted L’s, not even properly designated by a letter! I took the copies and placed them up top, to be seen better. I felt like it sure wouldn’t hurt matters any, and it sure might help Blake be better found. *hugs album*

    I risk the ire for those brown eyes.

    So would this be normal practice to wait to push a second single for airplay until after the song has been debuted on television? It seems so weird to me, when the song has been available for purchase for months, but I guess it could work since AI has such a huge audience.

    Too funny Bully. Right now at our Walmart they have his CD in the idol section up top, with a few random placement under L. Looking at the white sticker there were 9 shipped.

    I have given ADD a break for the past week, and today while running errands with the kidos my son said, “I’m tired with what is on the radio, put Blake in.” Made me smile:) They love GTGH, KMN and HMW.

    Anne! That’s actually awesome they HAVE an Idol display like that! How wonderful!:-D So lucky! Easy to find, easy to see…people looking for him can find it, and BUY it. That’s the part that bothers me is, they can’t sell it if they don’t have it displayed!
    (I’m glad you’re keeping track of the shipping numbers too.)

    At least me and the kids still all LOVE ADD. It’s nice when the family shares that sort of thing, huh? *smiles*
