While we wait (patiently) for Blake’s first single and Audio Day Dream to drop, Sarah, Star and I will be making some small changes to the site. We’ve already moved the tour and contact information to the side bar to make room for a new tab at the top called “Blake Noise!”
The “Blake Noise” tab will be a place for us to park links to Blake’s music and video performances in 4 different categories: pre-AI performances, AI performances, “Best Of” tour performances, and publicly available recordings.
This is where we need your help. We’d like each of you to submit your top five Blake videos for consideration. They don’t have to be videos that you personally shot, but they must be publically available on video sharing sites such as youtube or gofish. Please limit your votes to five videos. We want these to be the best of the best! And what better way to kill time while we wait for new Blake noise than to take a trip down memory lane?
Lara attended both of the AI concerts in Manchester, NH last weekend. She got to talk to Blake at the afterparty about his surprise addition of “She Loves The Way.” Read on to find out what he had to say, and to see Lara’s photos and videos!

I went to both shows in Manchester last weekend, and truly had one of the best weekends of my life. I absolutely have to thank the best Top Ten ever for that… they have been amazing all summer to the fans, and they did not disappoint in New Hampshire.
We’ve got some random items of interest for you today…
Tomorrow, Blake will make his first post-AI tour appearance at Adcraft Club’s Ford Day in Dearborn, MI. He and Miss Jordin Sparks will be putting on a mini-concert for the crowd. (I’ve been waiting for an opportunity to bust out the adorable photo you see to the right. The moment has finally arrived! Yes!!) If you’re in the area, why not purchase a ticket and go? And stop by to tell us about it afterwards, of course.
Blake and Jordin also have a mention in the latest issue of Entertainment Weekly. Check out the article here. Blake gives a few details about “What You Got To Lose” (although it says it’s untitled in the article). Apparently J.R. Rotem had a hand in this track. credit to someone at IDF for the scan
Blake is nominated for a People’s Choice Award in a category called Favorite Reality Show Loser Who Should Have Won. Vote for him here! You’ll need to register in order to do so, but it’s fairly quick and painless.
USA Today’s Idol Chatter blog is also conducting its Ultimate Revisionist Idol poll. It doesn’t appear that you need to register to vote for this, so stop by there and give it a whirl. I generally throw up the white flag whenever Clay Aiken is a choice in a poll though, heh.
MJ was at the Worcester show last night and she got some incredible video for us to enjoy. Those of you who have ever seen any of her videos from previous Idol shows know that the stuff she gets is great. She had awesome seats, so we get some awesome video. Thank you, MJ!
Here’s Blake performing “She Will Be Loved”:
More Blake videos after the jump. If you want to check out all of MJ’s videos, go here.
Paula was kind enough to send us links to her pictures and videos from the Auburn Hills, MI concert. I particularly liked this picture of Blake with Jordin. Heh.
Be sure to check out the rest of her pictures and videos after the jump.
Okay, videos are done. Enjoy! If you have a Blake fansite and would like to use these on it, we don’t mind sharing. However, we would appreciate it if you would give credit to teamplaid.com. We will make HQ downloads available upon request. Please see our guidelines for more information.
On with the vids. Warning: these are screamy. I’m really sorry. Some is me (*blush*), some is not. Nashville loved it some Blake. Heh.
She Will Be Loved/With Or Without You (FYI: 3:30 - 3:40 kills me.)
Time Of The Season
I’ll be posting a recap later. :)

Hi guys, I’m home from NashVegas and I’m working on getting my videos posted to share with you all. :) I have the perfection that was “She Will Be Loved/With Or Without You” and it will be up as soon as I’m able to convert it to a smaller format. In the meantime, I wanted to go ahead and post these two short clips as teasers…

And here’s a short random clip of Jordin I snuck near the end - Broken Wing. (LOVE her necklace!)
So I’m sure everyone’s heard by now that the “Killing Me Softly” duet between Blake and Mindy Doo has been cut from the show. They performed it on opening night in Sunrise, FL and it hasn’t reappeared since. After seeing this fabulous video of their performance all I’ve got to say is WHY??!
Team Plaid and Team Doolittle, holla if you hear me. Who wants to see them bring “Killing Me Softly” back? Let’s hear it! I’m challenging our lurkers to come on out and help us save KMS too.
Special thanks to Tracy for shooting this video and sharing it with everyone! ♥ She also got many other amazing vids in Sunrise. I’ve posted a couple more after the jump!
