Introducing the band!!
From left to right: Johnny Nails, TJ Berry (from The Panda Conspiracy), Kent Halvorsen, Kevin Sawka, Blake Lewis, Chris Poage (from The Panda Conspiracy), Jeremy Lightfoot.
The pic above was taken at the “Break Anotha” video shoot and Johnny Nails sent it out yesterday with some other pics from the road.
As we learned from a myspace bulletin from The Panda Conspiracy a couple of weeks ago, TJ and Chris were brought in to the recording studio by Blake to play horns on “Break Anotha”. He also asked them to be there for the video shoot. From all we understand, they’re not a permanent part of the band, but they did play on the single and in the video. Check out their myspace (linked above) to listen to their music and add them as friends, if you haven’t already!
Check out our Team Plaid photobucket for more pics from Johnny!

This little bit of info is about the video for “Break Anotha” - it will world premiere on Thursday, 12/6 on Yahoo! We’ll finally get to see this cool video that Blake has been talking about!
Stay tuned for more scoop over the next few days. Who knows what we may hear about next?! And in the meantime, remember to pre-order ADD and tell all your friends about it!
MTV recently visited Blake on the set of his “Break Anotha” music video shoot and chatted with him about Audio Daydream. So what did he have to say? “It’s my new genre I made up. I call it 2080, because it’s a mix of all the great pop music that’s inspired me.” Watch the video below and find out more, plus check out Blake in action as he films his music vid!
Blake elaborated to MTV about the video’s concept…
It’s hard to describe, but you know how when you open Rorschach inkblot tests, how they have two different sides? It’s going to be like that. There’s going to be, like, ink and water, and different effects behind me that come in.
So it’s basically Gnarls Barkley’s “Crazy” meets Dr. Jekyll & Mr. Hyde, y/n? To read the full article, click here!
