You can actually make 36 song requests in this time if you follow the formula below. It takes less than a minute to make three requests at each radio station. If you can do that three times a day, you are actually making over 100 song requests in just 36 minutes that are spread throughout your day.
First, open this up in one window:

FOLLOW THESE STEPS TO MAKE YOUR REQUESTS:
Use the first website to identify which stations are currently playing HMW.
Use the second website as a starting place to put in votes at the stations listed on the first website. You will notice that in the address of the second website the letters KVPW show. This is the website call letters. This website is the request line page for that station.
If you replace those letters (KVPW) with the call letters of each of the stations that are playing HMW (example - WHTS from the first website) and load the new page (hit go or enter)you can then vote for HMW by clicking on the box next to the song and then submit on the bottom of the page to send your vote.
Hit the back button and cast three votes (YOU WILL NEED TO RECHECK THE BOX) for each stations, remember to change the call letters in the address bar to change to the next station after you have cast the three votes for each station.

I was just at Target.com to check on ADD availability, and all I saw at the dotcom was the Japanese version for $34.98. Yikes. Just thought I’d throw that out there.(How can we sell the JAP version in the US for so much??) *scratches head*
just a thought on the JAP version…when I get my nails done, the Viet Nam personnel listen only to their ‘language” maybe the Japanese community over here will buy as they do like to listen to their “own” language..I guess their rationale is that there might be a large Japanese fan base over here

Guys I copied the stiff for ADD train on to microsoft word if my mom will let me I’m gonna print it out, go buy a copy of ADD hten give it t o my friend with the ADD info (then they know excaly what to do!!!)

Sorry I’ve been absent for a few days. Between my job, rescue work, and a broken laptop, I’ve had little time to keep up.
So, I can buy only 1 CD come Cinco de Blako week. But, every little bit helps, eh? And, still debating on the Harrisburg trip, which will have to be decided on tomorrow when I get paid. Lots of overdue bills here waiting for that first check for a month.
In regard to Newduck’s post above about Mediabase, I found that Explorer saves the station in the history list. So, when my laptop was working, I was able to just go to the next site in my Address line. I managed to be able to access that and found a few extra stations (not on Mediabase) that still list HMW in their request form: WJIM, WIOG, WHKF, WSSX, and KJYO.

that works too crystal, but everyone needs to make sure they are hitting the stations that are playing the song, so the first website needs to be checked to make sure you are using the correct stations.

What I actually did to save time, once I typed the name of radio station in the mediabase form address, I add the address to favorites. Next time, I do not need to retype it again, I just pull the mediabase form from favorites center.
One more thing, with the fan sites agreeing to join in to promote Blake and his cd, I guess I am a little confused now when buying copies should take place to have some impact. Idol Bored talks about doing it now whereas here, the week of May 5 was discussed. Any thoughts?

And my two cents on the whole ADD train thing. I think we should just buy them when we buy them. If they all show up as purchased the same day, it will show up as a purely organized thing. If they are gradually spread out, it will be more natural and a show of interest that is growing.
One more thing…sorry for so many posts..LOL

It’s run by a company called Music Research Consultants. They do customer surveys to determine what songs will most likely be hits. You can have your say if you register and vote on there. This might not help B, but lets help others get there chance. Most likely B’s songs have already been fed through there.

My thought on that is that we should buy them when we buy them. I don’t think it would be as good if the sales all show up in the same week/day. It would totally look like an organized effort. If they are gradual, then it shows growth and might catch attention more? But that’s just my two cents.
I can see both of your points….I think they are both good! I went into our target here by my work yesterday and they had 4 copies of ADD on the shelf…There wasn’t anyone around to ask if they had more or not but the cds were deffinately in plain site:) So I was glad to see that!
I;ll buy from Amazon since I’m too lazy to drive to the store…kills me though the price was $9.99 and now is $13.99..bummer..
Mine I’ll be buying online too, Joyce–but I’m going to order from Toys R Us. It is a much friendlier “name” to get it delivered from, and may help my cause with getting them to try. FWIW, I’m planning on still ordering the 5th.

I’ve also noticed that the prices have gone up, why is that?
One reason may be the price of fuel going up and when that happens, it drives prices up. We are paying over 3.50/gallon at the pump to fill up here.
